TRY OUR FRIED RICE................YUMMY

Nigerian Fried Rice – Ingredients:

5 cups of rice
½ kg of shrimp (peeled), crayfish, periwinkle (optional)
2 pounds of fish, beef, lamb, chicken or pork
I medium onion
5 green pepper
Green peas
Carrots
¼ pound of liver
¼ kg Kidney
Sweet corn
Salt
Vegetable oil
Spices (Knorr, black pepper, curry powder, thyme and white pepper)
Water

Add the kidneys, liver, shrimp (shelled), crayfish, periwinkle, beef, mutton, chicken or pork in a pan pour a little water, a slice of onion, add spices and cook for 30 minutes and set aside meat. Right from the liver, kidneys, carrots, onion and green pepper and set aside. Rinse the rice and pour into a colander to drain water. Pour a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the beef, mutton, chicken, pork or fish (all of which can be used and you can choose to spend some of the four types of meat or fish), until that it becomes golden brown. Fry the peeled shrimp, crayfish, periwinkle, carrot, onion, peas, kidney and liver, chopped, until it becomes golden brown and set aside. Pour a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the rice until it becomes golden brown and set aside.
Pour a bit ‘of water, broth, if you feel you do not have enough broth to cook the rice, add salt and spices and bring just to a boil and pour over the rice and cook for 30 minutes. When the rice is almost ready to pour the stir-fried shrimp, crabs, periwinkle, carrot, onion, peas, kidney, liver and corn, and mix with rice. Do not add too much water, so that when the rice is ready, it does not stick. Try the Nigerian Fried Rice so that it is well cooked and served fried beef, lamb, pork or chicken or fish as you want.
